Hillary is out of the race and it's time to stop the anti Obama rhetoric:
I find it amazing how well the republican propaganda machine gets people to believe the stuff they put out. Now even a "blog" (I hope this is not an official Hillary site ) passes it on. It's a simple test - are you better off after the last 8 years of the Bush presidency, if so - then I guess Macain is your guy.
Me - I'm done with them. I am anxious for someone who is intellegent and capable of fixing the foreign relations disaster, ending this nonsense war and redirecting our focus to problems here in the U.S.. Therefore, Obama is the perfect choice. I have supported him since before the primaries started. He's intelligent, an achiever, and, I believe, really truly concerned for the American condition and will probably be the best President we've had in my adult life.
For those that don't support him, that's their choice, but be prepared to call him "Mr. President", because he's gonna win. I believe this because I have faith that the American people cannot be naive enough to allow the government to continue down the disastrous path we have been on. Think about it: the war (that was planned by Bush/Chaney/Rumsfeld before 9/11 and that was originally promoted to find weapons of mass destruction that didn't exist, then was to get rid of Saddam, then was to fight terrorism and now is to promote democracy in the mideast and meanwhile we have redirected our resources to Iraq while the Taliban and our true enemies from 9/11 are re-taking Afghanistan), gas is at an all time high, mortgages are foreclosing and people are losing their homes, New Orleans and the Gulf states are still a mess (this is an embarrasing shame), children are without health care in the U. S. (in the U.S., isn't this a sin), The republicans even believe global warming is a hoax! This is borderline insanity!!!!!
Me - I'm voting for Obama. It is truly time for a major change....
